Rogue Music Video that won't go away in the UI

I’ve got a music section that shows a “Music Video” with every item on Apple TV and on Plex web. It’s a file I’ve removed. It won’t play, and it won’t let itself be removed from Continue Watching. I’ve emptied trash, optimized, etc. The only thing I’ve not done is rebuilding the server - which I’d rather not do.

The file is not even on the server at all. It’s been removed. I’ve refreshed meta data, analyzed, and scanned for new files.

Any ideas how to get rid of it?
