Roku 6.8 build 8 Remote Server Shows Unavailable

I’ve got a Roku Premiere(3920X) and an older Roku(not sure of the model) that have this issue.
I can access my local Plex server, however I am now unable to access my friends remote Plex server. The remote server shows as unavailable.
I have no issue accessing the remote server via Plex in my laptop browser or via the iOS app.
I’ve tried removing/rebooting/re-adding the Plex app on the Roku, but still no luck.
