Remote Access fully granted, still not working

The only change made to anything as of late has been the infamous Roku update pushed out a few weeks ago. Since then, my server constantly shows “Server Unavailable” on all of my streaming devices. I have no problem streaming from my library using the PC where my server is housed, but even the Roku app on my TV says “server unavailable” despite being on my local network.

So far I have:

  • Logged out and back in to the app
  • Removed all authorized devices, signed out of Plex server, deleted Plex server and app, used the Windows registry script to “reset” my Plex, downloaded server and app again, signed back in
  • Ensure port forwarding is turned on to 32400, port confirmed to be accessible
  • No CGNAT or other router/modem issues
  • Server RA page shows me signed in and says server is fully accessible, ditto for port 32400
  • I have repeated many of the above steps multiple times with zero change

I am at a complete loss. I can see my friends’ libraries and stream from them without issue. I can stream on my PC from my own server without issue. But on the Roku apps as well as the app on my iPhone, I get hit with “server unavailable” every time.

The only thing I have not done is change my password since that breach email came out, though I cannot imagine that has anything to do with why my server cannot be accessed despite all access being granted. As a lifetime Plex pass user, this totally sucks.
