Roku app stops loading at 33%

I know there have been several other threads about this, but I’m unsure if there’s a fix or not but the Plex app on my Roku box is no longer working correctly. The library items and watched status seem to be in-sync with my Plex server, but whenever I try to play anything it goes to the loading screen and then sticks at 33% until it crashes out saying “playback unavailable”.

I’ve tried messing with some of the server settings as per suggestions on other threads, and uninstalling and reinstalling the Plex app on Roku but the problem persists.

Is there a fix for this I can undertake myself, or are we waiting on a bugfix for the app from the Plex team?

Can we get an update on this, please?

Please do the following;

  1. Confirm server DEBUG logging is enabled, VERBOSE logging is disabled.
    SAVE if changes.
  2. Restart PMS
  3. Give it two minutes to start and stabilize
  4. Start a playback which shows the issue
  5. Let it play for 20 seconds
  6. Stop the playback
  7. Download the server logs
  8. Attach the logs so I may see them.
