Plex on Roku only plays some files

When streaming from my plex server that is running off the TrueNAS plugin everything works fine if it’s on my cell phone or desktop PC, when using my Roku only some file will play the rest get stuck at 33% and eventually fail due to an error. I have looked at the logs from the plex server and the only thing that sticks out to me is as follows:

I have read a few other posts of people complaining of the same issues since an update to plex on roku came out around December, i can only assume i might be suffering the same thing as them, desperate for help as i have a limited internet connection and this is my main source of TV watching. :frowning: any help would be amazing!

Final thing, before posting this i made sure server and players had been restarted and updated to versions they can do automatically. The roku has had the plex app removed and re-added as well.

My mother has been having the same issue, but she’s 89 and across the country.
I’ve been trying everything with her and even re-encoding my videos thinking reducing bitrate and/or audio quality would help, but it hasn’t.
