Roku Streaming Stick Playback Stuck at 33%

Roku 4k Streaming Stick 3820X Software version: 11.5.0
Plex Player Version#: 7.0

The majority of my library sticks at 33% and never plays when I try to play from my Roku. It works fine from web browser on my pc, android phone on same network, and when playing from the shield itself.
