Roku player reporting no playable items

Hey Everyone, I am almost at the point of tearing down my plex server and starting from scratch… I an consistently getting an error - No Playable Items when I am streaming anything longer than 45 min. Tv shows play fine, movies in a browser or on a gaming console play fine, movies on a roku throw the error “No Playable Items”.

The real kicker is that if I go to watch together, add in a friend to watch with, it buffers normally and from then on, it works fine.

Any ideas? Any way of increasing the time to buffer the show from my disk array in the settings? TV and Movies are served from the same unraid array on a 1gb network.
