Longtime plex user, but a new problem I have not seen before.
For the past week I cannot get many of my new media (say past 3 months) to display their posters on Roku. This means for those movies of episodes, you see a plain rectangle with the name written in plain text.
This was not the case even 2 weeks ago, so for some movies I know it was working fine and they have lost their posters on Roku only.
1 - this only impacts Plex for Roku, not windows or iOS player apps (posters appear correctly)
2 - it impacts both preview app and normal GA channel, ie both apps
3 - no other app on Roku appears impacted
4 - the background images appear when you click into an item, so they are present
I have removed the app from Roku and installed, rebooted the Roku. Restarted and rebooted the machine running PMS. I have run the housekeeping tasks on the PMS. I have run the library scan on those libraries.
Any thoughts please?
