Roku Premier Very Slow

Thank you all for providing the models and OS versions. We have some good news to share! Roku currently has a beta OS build that resolves the issue. While we don’t have information about the root cause or why it only affected the Plex channel, we plan to request this information.

We’ve confirmed that the new build resolves the issue on the affected devices. Roku has designated this new build as the latest version for users in their beta program, and it should be available to all users within two weeks. Given the severity of the issue, I’ve requested Roku to expedite this process.
