Roku Premier Very Slow

Could everyone experiencing this issue, please report back with this info:

I’d like to capture this information now, so we can keep track of any changes along the way, and to provide to Roku during the investigation.

All models i have are showing the same issue.

After updating to the latest 12.5 my Plex is extremely slow too. Other Roku devices (with older versions) in my house working as always

Thank you all for providing the models and OS versions. We have some good news to share! Roku currently has a beta OS build that resolves the issue. While we don’t have information about the root cause or why it only affected the Plex channel, we plan to request this information.

We’ve confirmed that the new build resolves the issue on the affected devices. Roku has designated this new build as the latest version for users in their beta program, and it should be available to all users within two weeks. Given the severity of the issue, I’ve requested Roku to expedite this process.

I’ve marked this as the solution for now so that anyone coming in can easily find it. I’ve been informed that the release of the next Roku OS version is expected next week. I will update this thread if I receive any further information, including when the Roku OS update becomes available for everyone.

Fwiw, Apple TV is showing some minor unresponsiveness as well. Not quite to the degree Plex is, but it’s not isolated to your app.

Glad to hear a fix is inbound.

If known, could you post the Roku OS version that will fix the problem?
Want to keep a close eye out for it because it’s driving me crazy.

And wondering if it will be a whole new version or just an updated build.
