Why? It’s an extra row for no reason when there’s already a Libraries link at the top which can be easily reached by using the back button.

Real estate on a TV interface is way more precious than it is on anything with a touch interface. You can scroll with the flick of a finger past inches of whatever. With a TV, it’s repeated clicks, and minimizing those to get to stuff is ideal.
