Roku stick won't play shared content

Server Version#: 1.40.0.7998
Player Version#: Roku stick

I am sharing my library to my friend. She is trying to play it using her Roku stick. She can view all the content, but when she tries to play anything, it only shows a screen like in the photo where it suggests other places to buy or stream the content.

I am also sharing with my brother and he is able to watch without issue on his desktop. Appreciate any help!
