Cannot connect to newly installed PMS on 10.15

Server Version#: 1.40.3.8555
Player Version#: 7.21.11.xxx (Roku)

I have installed PMS 1.40.3.8555 on a mac mini running Catalina (10.15.7). As far as I can tell, installation went fine. I can confirm that the server is running.

I can connect to the server using a computer on the same network via http://192.168.1.xxx:32400/web/ although I do get a connection not secure message and I have to “accept the risks” to continue.

However, trying to reach the server from a Roku media player says it cannot connect. Trying to connect via https://app.plex.tv does not work as well.

The logs when I attempt to connect from the Roku say:

and that’s all.

I cannot figure out what is wrong. Can anybody help?
