When using the plex roku app I keep having buffering errors. I have it connected as a direct ethernet connection. Roku speed test reports an internet connection speed of 76mbps.
Anytime I attempt to stream from a remote server the stream begins to buffer and spin after a few moments it plays again and again buffers.
I was able to play a local video stream with no issue. I do have it set to play at original quality at the request of the server owner.
After a few cycles the message “Playback Error Your connection to the server was not fast enough to stream this video. Check your network or try a lower quality.” Internet speed should be zero issue since we have a 500+ Mbps package.
Why could I send logs to, I have them saved from the roku.
