Media has unplayable levels of video artifacting

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10156 Player Version#: 8.6.5.10604-ea6e6ca15-Plex Roku OS: 15 <If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled> As of yesterday media has been having terrible artifacting that stops video playback all together.
