Roku won’t Direct Play AAC_LATM codec

Server Version#: 1.19.2.2702 (QNAP x64)
Player Version#: 6.5 build 1 (Roku Streaming Stick+)

I’m using Roku Streaming Stick+, and it support aac_latm with h264. But Plex still transcoding to AAC while playing live streaming TV.
