I have the problem with 10 Cloverfield Lane as well. Any ideas? Would be nice if there was an options to put the rating in manually in these cases. Looks like there is a manual entry field for the IMDB rating but not RT.
Did you ever find a solution? I would give anything for help solving this issue. 90% of my movies have RT ratings & another 10% have IMDb. Ironically 10 Cloverfield Lane is one that has an IMDb rating as well. Would be interesting to compare if all the same films we have are getting tagged by IMDb. Messaging this to you as well.

Can I ask where you see RT or IMDb ratings? I use Plex Media Player and would die to have these ratings. All I get is a star rating and I have no idea what sort of data it represents.
Use the Plex Movie agent instead of the Movie Database Agent to match your movies under settings < server. Click on the cog for settings & point the rating cache to RT instead of IMDB. Good luck!
