Hi, for some reason rating system is set to Rotten Tomatoes, however after adding a media IMDB rating appear , any fix ?
Go to:
Settings>Server>Agents
Click on whatever you’ve named your movies section at the top then you should see below that something like:
“Personal Media” “Plex Movie” “The Movie Database”
Click “Plex Movie” then click the gear setting by “Plex Movie” below that.
That will bring up a window where you can pick Cast List Source, Rating Source, Plot Summary Source…
there you go!

@jellegard that was already set to rotten tomotto like i say on first post
for some reason is not working, at least not on all movies
Some movies will not get RT ratings. The majority of mine do however. I would recommend changing the order of your agents, saving, then changing it back. Sometimes it seems something gets stuck and this might help un-stick it.
@drinehart, thank but i already did that keep changing the order of the agents for half a day, obviously is some bug somewhere, but look like plex staff care less about this
Do some have RT and others not? Majority has RT or IMDB or neither?
@drinehart majority have IMDB only few have RT, from what i saw on other posts not all movies have RT (according to this post https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/275109/rotten-tomato-ratings-what-am-i-missing )
That’s why I was asking. I have a few, not sure how many to be honest, that do not, but the majority have RT ratings now. Have you looked at the agent logs yet? Sounds like a plex ninja needs to get involved. @“MovieFan.Plex” ?
some log in case some plex employee care to look, i see this “error INFO (logkit:16) - Error obtaining Rotten tomato data for 0451279: ‘NoneType’ object has no attribute ‘xpath’”
