Just installed Plex on my NAS. WD cloudmirrror OS5
Clicked the “configure” tap in the NAS Plex app, and jumps out to the Plex web.
I sign in, and the when going to the Menu:My Meidia, it tells me to download a media server… but I just did that!!!
So what to do??

can you post a screenshot of the app running on your WD before you click on “configure”? (I do not have a WD NAS).
If you know the IP address of your NAS got to [NAS IP}:32400/web
Done that… just bring me to Plex website
Just deleted al Plex, ■■■■■■ software for private guys
