I have seen a couple of other threads about problems with the RPi3 but couldn’t fix mine. I have just installed the latest version of RasPlex (which is: 1.6.1.120 for RPi2) but my RPi3 doesn’t work, it keeps rebooting by itself after a while or when I try to select a library. When it does that, it shows a squared splash screen on the whole TV with rainbow colors.
This is a power supply issue, you need a power supply of at least 2A for RPi0/1/2 and at least 2.5A for RPi3, insufficient, constant power will cause constant reboots, the coloured square is the built in power warning.

ohhh after some tries I was thinking about that as it was the only thing I didn’t try to change, because I plugged my raspberry in to my TV with a USB so it would have turned on and off with the TV. I’ll give it a try now and let you know.

That’s a good way to corrupt the SD card, also TVs only provide 1A, way under powered!
