Hi!
I have one problem. Plex server doesn’t work before i logging in on a windows system(login and password). For example, windows was reloaded and while i didn’t sign in on windows Server didn’t work. But i need to run plex server without login and password wor windows system.
There is PMS as a service
But instead of using the above, you could also try to make a job in the Windows task scheduler which gets executed after bootup.
On my setting first I did this https://www.tekrevue.com/tip/skip-windows-10-login-screen/
To remove the pin requirement for windows 10 on boot.
Then I set my Plex server to run on start up by putting it in the start up menu. If my server pc goes down then it when it comes back up everything will start up automatically.
thanks for yuor answers.
I’v tried Windows task sheduler - didn’t help me.
Also I tried to remove password but as the result can’t enter on the Plex server using RDP.
If you need RDP access, you need Plex as a service.
But you will lose the hardware decoding ability when doing so.
