Running Plex from Mac Pro Mac OS X v.10.7.5

I’m looking for tips on getting my Mac Pro 1,1 (running Mac OS X v.10.7.5) up and running again with Plex. It no longer works with the old version of Plex server and the new version will only run on machines that use Mac OS X version 10.9+. I can not update my Mac Pro any later than it is, sadly.

Can anyone help with a solution to this issue?
