Safari Web player continuously reloading

Server Version#: 1.25.4.5468 (QNAP)
Player Version#: Web-player (safari)

When accessing Plex via the web (Safari, macOS 12.3), I get the “choose user” screen and then when I have made my selection, the Home Screen starts loading…and then kicks me out back the the “choose user” screen. I’ve tried reseting things, deleting cookies/cache, logging in and out, etc., but this behaviour persists.

Things work fine in Chrome, however, as well as the Mac player.

Any insight or help would be much appreciated.

Are you using the bundled or hosted version of Plex Web (http://[QNAP IP address]:32400/web vs. https://app.plex.tv/desktop)?
Do you use any browser extension/add-ons that could be clearing some of the web app data or cookies while you’re using the page?

I cannot reproduce this behavior on my setup (Safari 15.3 / macOS 12.2).

I’m using this: http://[QNAP IP address]:32400/web

But I also tried it in the local server version (127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html) with the same results - tried different accounts too.

I haven’t added any new extensions, so nothing has changed thaat way (I did disable them all thought, and the behaviour persists.)

One other detail: the settings page loads fine.
