I have a problem with the Plex app for LG WebOS. The problem shows whenever I add a new episode to an already existing show/season. The new episode is correctly shown on the home screen. When I choose it, the correct show and season is opened too. But the new episode is then missing there! This also happens if I open the season from the library view. LG WebOS issues. Episodes not appearing yet they are fine on the Desktop App

Server Version#: 4.55 Player Version#: 5.0.0 Content appears fine on the web app, Android App and desktop app but NOT on the LG WebOS app. For example Episode 1-8 show fine, as does 10 but 9 and 11 do not show up. They appear on the Home screen as recently added but when you select them you are directed to the season page but not showing these episodes. If i use the webapp I can cast the missing episodes to the LG player. I have removed and reinstalled the LG webOS app with no improvement. …

Episode Previews disappear when coming from "on Deck"

Hi All, I am on a LG OLED55C7 with Platform: 3.9.0 Client: 5.12.1 and I am having an issue when trying to access TV Shows from “on Deck” with more than 10 episodes. Basically what happens when I click the show the current Season pops up and flashes about twice and all the little previews disappear. At that point I cannot select a different episode, but if I click play it will play the particular episode that got me to that screen. Has anybody noticed a similar issue? Any ideas how to fix it…

News Episodes not appearing

Hello! I have been recently running into a problem with my new episodes not showing up on the Plex player. I note that this only started occurring with daily episodes of Jeopardy and only occurs with that show. Anyway what is happening is that the Plex is showing there are newly added episodes(little yellow triangle in corner) but when I click on the show it is no where to be found.
