Samsung app playing as Remote quality even though its on LAN

I have noticed when playing media on the Samsung app, it is playing as the remote quality setting.
(720p 4Mbs) . The TV is on the same network as the server. I have added a manual server also to see if it allows it play local quality, but it doesnt.
As a work around I have set remote quality to Original.
What would cause it to detect it as remote, is there an option that needs to be set?
