Samsung Frame - No Play Back / Black Screen - Tried everything!

Hi All

In a nutshell I can play PLEX on all of my devices without issue EXCEPT for my Samsung Frame Smart TC [(UE43LS03N) Software Version T-KTM2DEUC-1325.2, BT-S] which displays the library without issue but will not play-back any of the films - just a black screen (with the exception of PLEX’s own films). The TV sits on the same network that works on all the other devices that do not have any PLEX player issues.

I have gone through all the trouble shooting, particularly as I have a relatively complicated network (router to switch to router). I’ve even port forwarded (32400) to that specific TV device on the router (a BT Smart Hub 2 as I’m in the UK) and it still doesnt do anything.

Is this a TV player issue considering I can play it without issue off my phone and tablet off the exact same wireless network?

I’m having exactly the same issue, you had any luck resolving it. Currently I’m using the PLEX app on PS4 to watch on my Samsung but shouldn’t have to do this.

Unfortunately not. Still the same problem.
