hi, ive installed plex and logged in, i can see my server, browse titles etc but as soon as i click play on aything it says "checking connection speed’ and then i get a spinning circle forever. i have ipad, iphone, laptop etc all on the same network, same wifi, same speeds with no issues playing content. tv and app are up to date, tried deleting app, i even tried resetting the tv to factory settings. why wont plex work on this silly tv?
Im also having problems with my 2022 frame tv, running Samsung Tizen. Every piece of content errors out and says “an unknown playback error occurred” - super helpful. Tried re-installing, deleting and installing, rebooting TV etc.
Is there no support from plex? Bit shocking for a paid product that plex dont help at all
