Yes, this appears to be an issue with the beta release of PMS v1.18.4. If you can roll back v1.18.2 or possibly v1.18.3 you might be better off.

Server Bug with Plex on Samsung LIVE TV

Server Version#: 18.4 (pms-docker:plexpass) Player Version#: not home to pull. Live TV “Now Playing” does not populate on the Plex Samsung App with Server running 18.4. Still displayed are Starting Soon, new Today, Your Shows, Etc… Cannot tune to channel using the “Starting Soon” section. Needed to roll back, working on 18.2(pms-docker:1.18.2.2058-e67a4e892)
