Samsung Not working with MKV

Player Version#: 4.25.2 Tizen 3.0

Someone remote streaming from my house can not get MKV files to play on their Samsung TV. Other files .ts and .mp4 play fine. I’ve tried multiple MKV files and none of them play. A ShieldTV connected to the same TV is able to play the MKV files.

The error is: UNKNOWN_ERROR (0) (AVPLAY)

This just started in the last two weeks.
