Samsung Plex App hangs when starting a movie with eac3 audio

I have a synology NAS DS1511+, and I am using Plex Server to play Videos. In the Web Browser, it works perfectly. In my Samsung Smart TV using the Plex Player from Smart HUB, it completely hangs and puts the Synology CPU at 100% because it seems it is transcoding the audio.

Can you help me fix this?

I’m fairly sure it has to do with you samsung models supported codecs, for example my samsung Q6FN49 can’t play mkv files with DTS-HD audio track (it will just buffer for a minute then crash) while TrueHD and AC3 works just fine.
