I run 5 Samsung TV’s 4 2019 QLED Models and 1 2018 QLED. All are having issues with Plex App recently. They will load to the UI, then allow you to navigate. As soon as you select play or click on a movie/tv show to view the app will freeze/lock up. Cannot hit back or navigate at all. You have to hold the back button to force close the app. It will be hit or miss each time I launch it again, sometimes it works and other times it will lock up and freeze before you can even start a movie. This happens on all 5 of my Samsung TV’s. All running 4.5.1. Extremely frustrating, Plex is great and I have been a Plex pass member for sometime, and live our entertainment live around Plex and all its features. But a shame that it does not work on the most expensive 4k tv’s out there. Short of buying 4K Chromecast to bypass app, I really hope it can be fixed soon.

Plex works fine on Xbox X apps, Chromecast, and all my other devices. So its just a Samsung App issue.
