Samsung Smart TV App

Plex app is not working on my TV. Says “We were unable to load your Plex Home Settings” Then it gives the option to continue as “correct login” or try again, either way. It doesn’t work. I called samsung, we rebooted the TV, redownloaded the app and Nothing works. This has been since Monday 12/09/2019. Today is 12/13/2019

what model is the Tv? Which app are you trying to use? There are two. One pre-tizen and the other is for tizen TV’s.

This is a known issue. An update is coming.

Here’s a few of the TV’s its not working on Doesn’t say anything about tizen.

Yes, these Samsung models are running the Tizen OS. And according to these version numbers, they haven’t received the fix yet.
Until they do, you can try the workaround described in the link above.

Same issue with me. You click the “Continue as…” choice and end up with this blank screen (see image).

If you completely uninstall the app (not just remove from your home page) and log in again, it works for the first time, then it subsequently fails again.

Any idea when the update will land?
