on new samsung q60t plex player buffering video every 2 min then i play 4k movie

Does the same thing happen when you play 1080p material? I have a q60t that can’t handle any stream over 4Mbps.
1080 play without problems.
but 4k rip (50gb) with ac3 audio (without trancodding) start 2 sec buffering every 1~3 min.
tv connected with router by wire.
I can play with no problem using the embedded browser, but the embedded Plex app has problems. You might try seeing if you can play 4K titles with the browser.

It mentions browser playback works, but I believe that it would work if it was transcoding. Could you confirm that? I checked your logs but there isn’t much to go by there. Could you generate a new set of logs by playing a video that works, and then a couple videos that has issues? Preferably of different containers and codecs?

Latest version on my tv 4.21.2 but new ver out 14 days ago Plex for Samsung (2016+ UHD televisions)
Samsung support answear me, then new ver. 4.25.2 not adopted for tizen 5.5
