Samsung Q70T playback issues with bitrate over 20 mbps

My server runs on Ubuntu 18.04, HWE recommended. CPU capable of 45 transcodes, 64gb ram etc etc , aka it’s strong. I connect to it remotely, bandwidth 1GBit dublex, home network speed 230 mbps down 23 up.

So I got this brand new tv and to my surprise I cant stream my 1080p Remuxes H264, without them buffering every minute , whether they direct stream or transcode). I have tried both wireless (AC , High end router ) and wired. This is ridicoulous . Anything over 20mbps buffers. Needless to say, 4K remux is even worse.

DEBUG, not VERBOSE, logs please which capture the start & first 30 seconds please of this happening.
