Samsung QE58Q60TAU (2020) cannot connect to the plex media server

Server Version#: 1.21.0.3616
Player Version#: 5.5.1

I have my media server running on the internet and I can connect to it on a browser without any problem, however TV though finds media server but shows it as offline. Here are the logs when my TV is trying to connect:

The only obvious difference in the logs between TV and the browser is that browser is also sending X-Plex-Token:

...
X-Plex-Token => xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
...
It took 0.0 sec to serialize a list with 1 elements.
Completed: [127.0.0.1:57526] 200 GET /media/providers (2 live) GZIP 2ms 3278 bytes

Ironically my other 6 years old Samsung TV also includes X-Plex-Token and therefore connects to the media server without any problem:

Any ideas how to connect the TV bought in 2020 to the up to date plex media server?

Ping! (Plex Support)

I would appreciate any suggestion/workaround, as currently it seems there’s a bug in the Plex app.

@sLumpy help this guy please.
