Samsung QN90B broken player

Using a Samsung QN90B TV, when I attempt to launch the Plex app, then select a profile I get the spinning wheel of death - nothing loads, no error messages.

  • I have restarted my TV, doesn’t change any behavior on the QN90B.
  • I have restarted plex media server, doesn’t change any behavior.
  • I can successfully load the Plex app, select the same profile and watch content w/o issue on the following devices:
    • Laptop
    • Android Phone
    • iPad
    • Roku TV
