Samsung Smart HUB TV can not connect to plex.tv authenitcation services

Problem description: Samsung Smart HUB TV can not connect to plex authentication page.

Details:
I was logged in but wanted to log out. After log out was successful, I wanted to log in back again. Normally during log in procedure there is a code what I can use to activate tv. TV can not connect plex.tv services. Currently I get an error message that plex.tv services are not avaialbe, and check status.plex.tv to make sure plext services are working.

I tried to reinstall the app more times, also remove and install again within Samsung Smart HUB.
Currently avaialble Plex client Samsung Smart HUB version on my TV is 5.10.0 with date 19/01/2024

I requested support from Samsung. Remote support logged in to the TV, and did full factory reset. After reset I lost all settings and logins on the tv what is nromal. I started to register and log in back to all services, stream providesrs, etc Unfortunately factory reset didn’t help for Plex clidet. Plex Client has the same error like before, can not reach plex.tv services, I need to visit satus.plex.tv again.

Samsung Smart HUB applications provided by Samsung, as far as I know I have no possibility to install my own.
According to Samsung Smart HUB site there is Plex application with date 01/02/2024 what is newer but I don’t know how to install it on my tv.

Please let me know what could I do,

Tested and still didn’t work.
I think it’s now around 2 or 3 days outage for me.

Territory: EU HU

My problem is that Samsung SMART HUB not allowing me any options to trace error logs or problems, and after factory reset I think all local settings, cookie login or anything else had been lost and reseted.

Maybe I can try to use tcpdump to trace network packets so we could identifify the particular target plex.tv serivce or IP, just let me know.

Does the TV shows the link codes?

And if so, please try and browse towards plex.tv/link in an other browser

That website works fine on same network on any device, but Samsung Smart HUB tv says can not connect.

So it offers the page to enter the 4 characters code to process the link on other devices, but tv doesn’t offer the 4 characters code.

Tried to connect to Plex serivces again, and TV screen told that plex services are not available.
I have a spare home router, and few hours later I connected the tv to that different router, so now I had one more wifi router between the TV and the original router.

Now sign in page partially worked.
TV was able to generate the 4 character code, and after I linked it on the plex.tv/link webpage it started to do something, but somehow the procedure never completed, it left grey.

After menu item back, I tried to log in again and accepted the newly generated 4 char codes 10 times on PC, and right after the link procedure was successful in the browser, the tv told “something went wrong on”, try again or refresh, I don’t remember.

I exited from Plex TV app, then started it again and it was able to log in after.
Well finally it works.

Do you have a suggestion for root cause ?
