Samsung Smart TV App Loads then drops

The plex app on my samsung smart TV has stopped working. It loads like usual for a few moments then returns back to the previous channel/screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and have no success. I have even removed the device from PMS.

Has anyone has this problem?

Can you provide more information? TV model, app version, logs? And hat do you mean returns back to the previous channel/screen? Do you mean the app itself closes out and goes back to the last thing the TV was running?

Thanks for the response sLumpy - correct the issue was that the plex app would load with the dots then return back to the previous screen/channel.
