Repeatedly lost config

Hi all, using the latest server and Samsung app, I have repeatedly lost my player configuration: had to re-link my tv and set it up as new again. This has happened at least 3 times in the last week so I don’t think it’s related to a version upgrade. I have been having issues with my internet connection and it seems to be related to that but I can be 100% sure. It’s very annoying to lose all config, any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and fix?

Any ideas?

Hello, I have set Allow an insecure connection on the TV and in the server and it has currently been running for over a week without any problems.
