Samsung TV repeated 'network connection lost' error

Anyone help with this repeated error? Made Plex absolutely unusable on our Samsung Smart TV. Every other app on the TV fine.

I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the app, I’ve reset the network connection multiple times, my server is running a wired internet connection, I can watch my stuff on my phone and cast to other TVs but our smart TV just doesn’t work anymore.

Help.

Can you enable logging to server in the app then get the server logs after it happens.

Any ideas here? This happened once before a while back and it seems to fix itself but now it’s persistent and my Plex on my Samsung TV is unusable.

Unfortunately not any good info in logs.

If you have not can you try allowing and preferring insecure connections in the app to see if that helps.

I’ve seen this advice when I’ve googled this problem before but I am unsure where to find that setting?

The two settings should be under Settings>Advanced

Do you mean in the desktop app, the phone app, or the TV app?

Hmm I changed it on my phone app and that seemed to fix it for a day. This morning it didn’t work again so I changed settings on the TV app but it still doesn’t work :frowning:

This continues to make Plex unable on my Samsung TV, anyone have any idea how to fix?
