Repeatedly lost config

Hi all, using the latest server and Samsung app, I have repeatedly lost my player configuration: had to re-link my tv and set it up as new again. This has happened at least 3 times in the last week so I don’t think it’s related to a version upgrade.

I have been having issues with my internet connection and it seems to be related to that but I can be 100% sure.

It’s very annoying to lose all config, any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and fix?

Uninstall the app completely then reinstall. Remove any other apps on tv that you don’t actually use if you can.
