HI Im a real beginner at Plex and Im not sure about the servers etc…so please bear with me. I have Plex on my PC and laptop and they work fine…but my Samsung smart TV will just not connect to plex.tv. I can surf to any other sites on the www. with no problem. Ive been on the Samsung help line and we tried a few things but it comes down to some mis-match with plex and samsung.
Can anyone please offer a simple answer that will help me sort this out?

so you must have a smart TV as you have a browser…
Do you know the model of your TV or what year it was manufactured?
There are 2 kinds of Samsung TVs I think it is anything manufactured before 2015 is the old version and the newer ones are called tizen either way there is a Plex App in the Samsung store that you can install which is the way to use Plex on your TV not through the browser.
