Samsung TV app not connecting

So I have two Samsung smart TVs. Both with plex app installed. Unfortunately neither will connect to PMS that is running. If I plug in an amazon fire stick plex finds the server with no issue. Am also able to access PMS from my tablet and Galaxy phone. So why won’t the Samsung TV apps work??? What’s wrong???

Had also raised the question here but not sure if it was the right place?

I constantly have this issue w/ my Samsung TVs when using the App from the samsung OS software.

Permenant fix: Buy an Apple TV for each of your Samsung TVs and you’ll never have this problem again.

Temporary fix that will work 100% of the time. 1) on your PC, go to your plex via web browser, then go to settings and remove the Samsung TV as an authorized device. 2) on the Samsung TV, go to the plex app and then settings > advanced > reset app. Exit the app, reopen it, and sign back in and your Samsung TV app will work again for a few more days before having to repeat this process. It’s super important to remove the samsung TV as an authorized device through your computer, just resetting the Samsung app on the TV won’t necessarily work-- you need to do both steps.

Thanks for the work around, Unfortunately this hasn’t worked either. Must be a more robust fix out there? Surely this must be a bigger issue?
