Samsung TV App Store does not show latest versions; 2017 Tizen TVs still get ancient version 3.3.4

I have got 3 Samsung TVs:

  1. UE32K5600 from 2016
  2. UE32M5600 from 2017
  3. QE55Q90T from 2020

The oldest 2016 TV and 2020 QLED TV both have version 5.1.0 installed, which is the latest version in the Samsung TV App Store, date 12/08/2020.

Your blog post at Plex for Samsung (2016+ 4K/UHD televisions) - #30 by sLumpy shows that version 5.1.2 from August 2020 is the latest public version.
Q1: Why is this not in the Samsung TV App Store?

But now the strange situation occurs.
The 2017 TV shows ancient version 3.3.4 from 10/05/2018 as the most recent version in the Samsung TV App Store.
Q2: Why is version 5 not available in the Samsung TV App Store for 2017 Tizen TVs?
