Samsung TV can see Plex, but not my media server

My 2019 Samsung TV can use Plex, but can’t see/watch anything off my media server.

I can access the files on all over devices (android phone and ipad), but my TV can’t.

When I try to go into setting under my account, my “remote access” says " Not available outside your network" and I can’t get it to change.
