Samsung TV cannot play files from remote NAS

Hi, I have three Samsung TVs. Two are about 3 and 5 years old and one is only a few months old. Using the Plex app I can see my NAS and also a remote NAS of a pal. It used to work on the older Samsung TVs but now what happens is I can see the all the libraries but it always returns playback errors if a movie is selected. I can understand the TV app maybe out of date since the newer TV works okay, but I see no method for updating the app. Any clues? Sorry, very new to all of this…

Ha! I didn’t know about that change on 30 Sep, and that ties in with Plex working earlier and not now. I will keep checking it but looks like it works.
