An error in a blackbox that reads “Network connection lost. Please check this device’s network connections.” keeps popping up when I’m streaming a video from my computer through Plex. It usually happens near the end of the video. I’ve already reset my tv to factory settings, did a power cycle, reboot my modem and even changed my modem. Only seems to happen when using Plex.
Just started getting this error over the last week. It’s usually at the end of the video but today started happening during playback.
I don’t see anything in the logs for causing this other than it saying
Playback error occurred. Reason: ServerTerminatedStream, Server terminated stream: Conversion failed. The transcoder process crashed.
and
Failed to stream media, client probably disconnected after 540672 bytes: 10054 - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
The only thing I can think of is ass subtitles causing issues as the episode had them enabled but no subtitles were showing.
