One of mine Samsung TV is loosing its plex link frequently when I switch between users. This is happening once a month, sometime twice, but not every time. This is boring because we loose our configurations (menu order, library sort order, etc) and need to re-link on https://plex.tv/link.
When it’s happening, there is no log on the server (with debug and verbose off). The login screen is not accepting to log anyone and when we try a password, the hidden figures become red before to disappear. The only solution is to force exit the application and when I come back, I need to re-link.
The TV is connected by Ethernet and the switch doesn’t report packets loss. I have another Samsung TV (tizen too) at home and this happen one time over the last year. So less boring. I also have an LG TV and so far never needed to re-link. This issue is not happening on others clients I tested so far (Linux, Windows, Android, Raspberry Pi).
As I don’t known how to trigger the issue, I have no log on the TV when it’s happen, I have no idea on how troubleshoot that. Do you have any guidance?
