Samsung TV streaming in SD Quality only

Hi, as title says there’s something wrong while streaming Plex to a Samsung TV. It’s only streaming in SD Quality despite the Movie is in 4K and has no issue on the Plex Web App.
I have literally tried every solution: enabled Port Forwarding but Remote Access still doesn’t work, enabled/disabled Relay (with Relay off the TV can’t connect to Plex), rebooted my router and PC, tried without subtitles, tried on another Samsung TV (same issue).

I really don’t know what else to do. Please anyone help me
