I want to start by saying the new Samsung Tizen player (early preview) is MUCH faster than it’s predecessor. However, there are a few things that seem to be missing. I am not sure if these still need to be added, or if they are being scrapped, but these are things I really hope will be carried over from the older app.
As far as movies and videos go, I love the new app version. However, I use Plex mainly for music, so these are a few things I hope will be added before the final release (regarding music):

I am not a fan of the way the "playing " screen looks. All you see is album art in the middle, the name of the song and the artist below the art. I love the current Tizen app that shows “Up Next”, as well as some additional artist photos. I also like how everything randomly moves in order to “Save” my screen. The early preview app does not do this, and just looks “boring” to me.

Music “List View” is missing (for both folder and non-folder view). I prefer List View over Grid View. Grid View looks way too chaotic and messy to me. I am hoping the new, finalized app will have the option to choose either Grid or List View.

The Music UI, in general, just looks “nicer” in the current version compared to early preview version. I can further explain more if needed.
